Su Kanakri is a GIA Certified Trainer, Certified EFQM European Assessor and professional BSC Practitioner In the past 20 years she was leading

the training and consulting team and responsible for the planning, scheduling, coordinating, resource allocation, and successful execution of

more than 90 management consultancy projects, including Business Excellence, Strategic operational Planning, Performance Management

Balanced Scorecard, Human Resource and Development, Organization Structure, Job Descriptions, Stakeholder Relations Management (Surveys

and Mystery Shopping), and Performance assessment for various governmental organizations in the UAE.

She has actively participated in more than 35 strategic planning, BSC and strategy cascading projects and facilitated the development of various

SWOT, PESTEL, and business model generation for government and private sector organizations She also participated in various Excellence

Projects throughout the UAE ( ADAEP, DQA, EFQM) She has also been involved in various awards assessment and participated in the

design and development of automated award assessment business solution.

She is the co author of various management concepts, framework, and criteria for various business awards, including the UAE Innovation

Award, Taqdeer Award for Labour Welfare, and Global Taxi Excellence Award.

In the past 15 years, she was involved in the research, design, and development of many professional interactive training programs focus on

Strategy Planning, HR Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Customer Service Excellence etc.

In the past 3 years, she has been involved in the training facilitation of more than 250 certified Taqdeer and Innovation assessors and various

pubic and in house GIA Innovation certification training programs such as GIA certified Innovation professionals, Design Thinking, Strategic

Planning Professional and Innovation Masterclass etc.
