    David Rigby develops and runs training programs, particularly in soft skills, either in house or as public offerings. He is a director of Smart Coaching and Training which is a recognized practice in the UK government’s “MentorsMe” initiative. As an executive coach and mentor he uses NLP, Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness, often as part of a consulting role and with many individual clients. He has more than 25 years of experience in 17 countries of customer facing business change and process transformation projects, either as a project manager, business analyst or leading programs. He uses his communications and presentation skills as a radio presenter and producer. He has a degree from London University in Mathematics. He has Big 4 experience - PWC (Deloitte) CSC Computer Sciences. Customer Services Interim Team Lead for UAE Western Region Municipality and at Abu Dhabi Municipality for Mouchel. Developing and managing the BPR component for Customer Services, developing international leading practice based visionary process (BPR) and frameworks to deliver customer service via any media and through one-stop-shops improving the customer journey by using CRM. Developing and delivering training in customer service soft and hard skills to take account of local culture. He is a practitioner of Prince2 and Managing Successful Programmes, and is qualified for ITIL. Qualified in NLP, business mentoring and life coaching, he uses these skills to lead, influence and support management and develop strong client and stakeholder relationships. His international experience was gained in Europe, US, Australia, Middle East, Far-East and Africa. David coaches leaders to understand their capabilities and leadership styles and to put these to best benefit their organizations. He coaches businesses to grow and identify opportunities for success and conducts individual coaching to fully realize potentials, either for personal development or for career progression. He coaches teams to collaborate better and improve output and productivity and uses positive psychology and resilience techniques to enable clients to become more confident and focused and to overcome their barriers to success. He has conducted Emiratization training for customer relations in healthcare using personality profiling and was involved in sourcing candidates for key positions in organizations such as strategy directors and program managers.
