Petra Gale

Petra is an experienced and achievement driven commercial professional. She is a significantly skilled and experienced corporate trainer, qualified executive and life coach and holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Business and Management. Through her wide experience in a number of different industry sectors, Petra understands the realities and pressures companies and individuals face in business life.

Petra’s delivery expertise includes sales and marketing strategies and tactics, team building and management, leadership skills and senior leadership strategies, organizational change, culture change, business acquisition and turnaround.

Over the last 15 years Petra worked with a number of international clients. Examples include: Robert Bosch, Automotive Lighting GmbH, Colas, E-bay, Royal Mail, Virgin, Vodafone, Etisalat and Wilmott Dixon.

Petra has project managed the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in a number of environments and has seen these through successive audits. Petra is qualified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Petra has a passion for and thorough understanding of commercial strategy and works with an adaptable and flexible approach. She possesses excellent presentation, people and project management skills, and is focused on talent development, quality standards and successful achievement of organizational goals.

Petra delights in helping others achieve results and her strength is in ensuring the delivery of quantifiable commercial results and enabling successful cultural change. Petra is a confident and credible communicator at all levels with the ability to report, present, pitch and win business including high value private and public sector bids and tenders.
